Our professional learning is developed by experienced educators, grounded in the latest literacy research, and designed for real classroom application. Through AIM Pathways, educators build knowledge, strengthen instructional decision-making, and gain strategies they can use with students right away.
AIM has empowered more than 50,000 educators, impacted more than 27 million students, partnered with more than 230 school districts, and worked directly with 19 state departments of education since 2020.
Two Ways to Partner with AIM in Wyoming
For CLSD-Funded Educators and Leaders
Through Wyoming’s CLSD initiative, eligible educators and leaders may access AIM Institute professional learning and support aligned to statewide literacy goals. AIM’s offerings help educators build knowledge, strengthen instruction, and implement evidence-based literacy practices with confidence.
For Schools & Districts Exploring Direct Partnership
AIM also partners directly with Wyoming schools and districts that are not participating in CLSD or that want to extend literacy professional learning beyond grant-funded opportunities. We work with leaders to identify local goals, recommend appropriate learning pathways, and support implementation across classrooms, grade bands, or school systems.

Why Educators Choose AIM
“This has been one of the best virtual instructional experiences for me. Not only the monthly live portions but also the virtual instructional lessons. They are packed full of learning.”
— Carol S., Principal, Maryland School for the Blind, Maryland
“I love being an AIM Institute TOT. It allows me to bridge the science of reading with practical, classroom-ready applications for teachers. I value staying current with the latest reading research and appreciate the ongoing collaboration, shared expertise, and professional learning that AIM fosters. Being part of this work feels impactful, relevant, and deeply connected to improving literacy outcomes for students.”
— Erica, ESC of Lorain County, Ohio
“AIM Pathways is outstanding in how clearly it supports practitioners in building deep knowledge of theory and pedagogy. The TOT model takes it to the next level! It allows me to layer my own expertise about local context (district priorities, curricula, and student populations) onto this already powerful content. As a result, learning becomes immediately relevant, actionable, and highly personalized.”
