Explore State-Funded AIM Pathways for Maryland
AIM Institute for Learning & Research is pleased to support a new $6.85 million philanthropic partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education and the Ibis Group to provide literacy instruction to 6,000 school leaders and secondary educators with AIM Pathways instruction.
“This has been one of the best virtual instructional experiences for me. Not only the monthly live portions but also the virtual instructional lessons. They are packed full of learning.”
— Carol S., Principal, Maryland School for the Blind, Maryland
“I have had other structured literacy training and I still learned a lot and benefitted from Pathways to Proficient Reading. I recommend AIM's courses to all my Montessori educators. I especially appreciated the special considerations for working with culturally diverse English language learners; this was exceptionally well done and unique to your course. Thank you for the superior quality work you have put into creating your courses.”
— Catherine M., Literacy/Reading Coach, Maryland
“Our partnership with AIM ensured alignment between research and practice. It was a seamless way to scale literacy success statewide.”
— State Department Literacy Director, Maryland
“The AIM team brings both expertise and partnership. They don’t just deliver training — they walk with you to ensure real change.”
— District Administrator, Maryland
