AIM Coaching Model

AIM’s coaching approach supports educators in translating knowledge into classroom practice through job-embedded learning.
Coaching emphasizes collaboration, reflection, and data-informed decision-making and can include demonstration lessons, co-teaching, modeling, observation, and feedback cycles. Indiana literacy coaches will also develop a common coaching language designed to strengthen coherence and implementation across schools.
