AIM Leadership

AIM's Leadership team strategically guides the overall vision, direction, and leadership for the organization.

Pat Roberts and Nancy Blair founded AIM in 2006 with a vision of making literacy a priority for AIM students and all children. They continue to develop partnerships critical to making this priority a reality through educational outreach with school partners, evidence-based curriculum, strategic partnerships, and professional development opportunities.

Al Chiaradonna was named CEO of AIM in October 2023 and head’s AIM’s leadership team to support the next generation of learners and to transform and empower lives through literacy. 

Kristen Wynn, the former K-12 literacy director in Mississippi, assumed the role of Head of AIM Institute in August 2024. Kristen brings a wealth of education experience to her work developing relationships with training partners and supporting the AIM Institute team.
