Pathways to Literacy Leadership

Why Literacy Training for Leaders?

Pathways to Literacy Leadership is an online professional development experience for district leaders and administrators seeking to create an organizational vision for effective literacy instruction. The course prepares participants to lead change, implementing systems-based approaches to support teachers as they put evidence-based practices to work in their classrooms.

Let’s Move Forward Together

Whether you’re exploring bite-sized professional learning for educators or seeking district-wide transformation, AIM is ready to help your students grow.

Connect with AIM

Pathways to Literacy Leadership is designed for educational leaders who are committed to learning about the connection between reading research, theoretical models such as the Simple View of Reading and Scarborough’s Reading Rope, and best practices for language and literacy instruction in schools.

Participants will learn proven practices that will benefit all students, including linguistically diverse populations and those with or at risk for language-based learning disabilities.
