Literacy Instruction in a Revolutionary Platform. AIM PATHWAYS™ provides easy to access, evidence-based learning opportunities for teachers to benefit struggling readers.

AIM Institute received a Reimagine Education Gold Award in the Science of Learning category at the December 2020 conference for our AIM Pathways digital teacher training platform. We are honored that our evidence-based program has received this important recognition and look forward to sharing more results from our Pathways participants as they take the science of reading into classrooms and schools.

Supporting Diverse Learners in Literacy PD

AIM's many partners include schools and school districts that educate a variety of culturally and linguistically diverse students. In order to examine the content and coursework of both AIM Pathways training programs and the curriculum we use with our students at AIM Academy, we worked closely with researcher Dr. Julie Washington, a member of our Research Advisory Board.

Dr. Washington is a Professor in the School of Education at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where she directs the Learning Disabilities Research Innovation Hub and is Director of the Dialect, Poverty and Academic Success Lab.
