Research Advisory Board
AIM believes that collaboration between the research and practice community is essential to providing high quality teaching and learning environments for both professionals and students. Since we opened our doors, we have been honored to have a Research Advisory Board willing to share research findings and promising educational practices with us. They have also been integral in supporting the development of AIM Academy as an exemplar school in the field of learning differences and the AIM Institute as a leader in professional literacy learning and research.
Our advisory board members have a variety of specialties all key to supporting education and training grounded in the Science of Reading. These fields include: implementation science, which is a key feature of AIM's Integrated Literacy Model and the fidelity tools for our AIM Pathways course; cognitive development, psychology, neuroscience, education, and communication sciences.
