Online Access FAQ

What is an online workshop?

An online workshop simply means a webinar. It is just like a workshop that you attend in a real-world environment except it is held online. Most frequently when people hold workshops, they present their lecture with accompanying powerpoint slides and resources, engage with the audience, answer questions, get feedback, and so forth.

An online workshop or webinar is exactly the same thing. You will watch the presentation online and interact with the presenter via a live chat feature. All handouts and materials will be available via download.

It is ultra convenient for everyone involved. You can attend the workshop from the comfort of your own home or office.

How does a live online workshop work?

As the date of the workshop approaches, you will be e-mailed a special web link so you can log in and attend the session.

On the day of the event, you should log in a few minutes early and wait for the session to go live. You will be able to ask questions through the chat feature during the online seminar.

The session will be a live event and in most instances it will be recorded so you can revisit the session or attend on-demand if you cannot attend at the designated time of the session. The recordings will be available for registered attendees for a period of 3 months. If the session is not being recorded, it will be noted on the registration page and you would need to attend on the designated date and time.
