Marketing Strategy Specialist

Full-Time/Hybrid Position

The AIM Institute for Learning & Research is seeking an enthusiastic, talented, collaborative individual with meaningful marketing expertise to make an impact on our dynamic team. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual interested in broadening their marketing expertise to support a growing education organization that is transforming lives through literacy. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies for our growing suite of professional learning products for educators and leaders across the globe. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will collaborate with various teams across our growing organization to craft, support and implement our marketing and communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience working in the marketing/communciations space

  • Direct experience using Marketing Automation tools including Hubspot and Salesforce

  • Experience with data analytics and ability to derive insights from marketing data.

  • Hands-on experience using digital marketing analytics – SEO, Google Analytics

  • Previous experience in digital and social media and e-mail marketing for business promotion, marketing strategy and campaign management

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Confident and competent writer with a strong attention to detail.

  • Graphic design skills preferred – Adobe Suite, Canva

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Education, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategy: Develop, set and execute marketing strategy with content creation for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media posts, conference sponsorships, and display ad campaigns. Ensure all content is aligned with branding guidelines and strategic messaging.

Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to identify trends in marketing data and customer surveys. Analyze results of campaigns, create segmentation tests, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and develop actionable insights.

Social Media Marketing: Contribute to social media marketing efforts by creating content, managing scheduling for campaigns, and tracking campaign performance. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

Brand Presence and Strategy Development: Help create and develop marketing collateral to support AIM team members. Develop system to support sponsorship presence at national conferences including logistics and creating communication sequences that are aligned with state-specific and national marketing campaigns.

Positive Influence on Growing Culture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and technology, to support marketing initiatives and organizational needs. Provide support for ongoing projects and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
