Implementation Strategist

Supervisor: Head of Implementation Strategy

Purpose:

As an Implementation Strategist at AIM Institute for Learning & Research, you will be instrumental in realizing our vision to democratize reading on a global scale. Collaborating with AIM's team of experts and researchers, you will take a leading role in developing and enhancing our strategies to foster system-wide educational change. Your primary responsibility will be to translate AIM’s implementation blueprint into actionable and impactful plans, driving the successful adoption of evidence-based literacy practices across federal, state, district, and classroom levels. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring that our innovative approaches are effectively implemented to support educational initiatives and improve literacy outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic consultation: (70%) Use knowledge from a variety of sources to identify and support needs and goals with solutions; design and deliver consulting services using a proactive, data-driven implementation blueprint

  • Product development: (25%) Work with Head of Implementation Strategy in tandem with the product development team to develop tools and determine the strategic integration of Academy and Product tools to support client needs

  • Training delivery: (5%) Provide facilitation both in-person and virtual to actively understand client needs and incorporate their experiences into consultations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education or related field.

  • 5+ years of teaching experience is required; educational leadership experience preferred.

  • CERI certification required to demonstrate knowledge of structured literacy principles with a strong understanding of implementation science, structured literacy, and evidence-based principles

  • Strong research skills to gather information on various topics, and evaluate sources for credibility and relevance.

  • Ability to be data-driven, interpret data, and generate actionable insights to improve AIM’s blueprint.

  • Innovation and creativity to generate novel ideas and concepts to adapt existing tools.

  • Strong proficiency in online platforms such as Google Suite,  Zoom required; Salesforce and LMS systems are preferred..

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
