Digital Marketing Associate

AIM Institute for Learning & Research provides professional learning tools to educators around the country to support literacy and struggling readers in the classroom. The Digital Marketing Associate will plan, create and analyze targeted marketing and email campaigns to grow sales of the organization’s AIM Pathways online training courses under the guidance of the Director of Communications and Marketing. A perfect position for an experienced individual with a background in education and EdTech marketing who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are always being developed.


  • Execute digital marketing campaigns and email campaigns to support goals of AIM consulting team to by generating leads in new states and markets

  • Analyze results of campaigns and create segmentation tests to maximize success of marketing efforts

  • Create content and manage scheduling for social media marketing and display ad campaigns

  • Work closely with Director of Communications and Marketing on branding, strategic planning, and creation of marketing message

  • Manage marketing calendar for AIM Pathways campaigns

  • Create distribution lists for campaigns using list services and with database filters

  • Work closely with consulting and sales team and share analysis of campaign results and leads

  • Design and manage landing pages for campaigns

  • Assist with ongoing projects and work to support the needs of the AIM Institute for Learning & Research


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Education or a related degree and equivalent experience.

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics – SEO, Google Analytics

  • Direct experience using Marketing Automation tools. Pardot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred

  • Strong interest in EdTech

  • Understanding of how to use Social Media Platforms for Business Promotion

  • Strong Writing Skills with Attention to Detail

  • Results oriented

  • Knowledge of e-mail marketing strategies and experience executing email marketing campaigns from start to finish

  • Able to Handle Deadlines and Multiple Projects at Once

  • Natural Communication Skills (both in person and in writing)

  • Graphic Design Skills – Adobe Suite, Canva
