AIM Pathways for Oklahoma EDUCATORS
The AIM Institute for Learning & Research are proud to partner with both the Oklahoma State Department of Education and Oklahoma City Public schools to provide approved professional literacy learning courses to educators in the state.
The Oklahoma State Department of Education has partnered with AIM Institute for Learning & Research to provide comprehensive literacy training to K-12 educators working with students with dyslexia as required by state legislation. These state-funded, online Pathways to Proficient Reading courses are IDA-accredited and eligible of graduate credits.

Oklahoma City Public Schools have approved AIM Institute for Learning & Research's comprehensive literacy courses for professional development in district schools. Courses include IDA-accredited training in literacy targeted specifically for secondary educators including content-area teachers, literacy training for school leaders to support implementation of structured literacy in classrooms, as well as a course created in collaboration with researcher Dr. Elsa Cárdenas-Hagan focused on supporting English learners in all classrooms that is designed for educators who have already completed training such as the training provided in the Oklahoma Science of Reading Academies.
