Literacy Learning for Hawaii Educators and Leaders
AIM Institute is an approved vendor for the Hawaii State Department of Education's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Reading and a Structured Approach to Literacy. Our customizable professional learning can support initial required structured literacy training as well as ongoing coaching and implementation support as you prepare to administer required dyslexia-sensitive screening assessments for K-3 students and structured literacy instruction beginning in the 2026-2027 school year.

Pathways to Proficient Reading (PPR)
For K–5 classroom teachers and interventionists. This IDA-accredited course builds deep knowledge of foundational reading skills and provides practical, evidence-based instructional strategies that support all learners.
Pathways to Literacy Leadership (PLL)
For school and system leaders. PLL equips leaders to support instructional teams as they align practices with reading research and build sustainable systems of structured literacy across MTSS tiers.
Coaching & Implementation Support
Offered as a standalone service or in combination with AIM courses. Our literacy coaches and implementation science experts partner with leaders and educators to turn learning into sustainable impact through focused collaboration, ongoing support, a personalized model, and coaching certification.
Demystifying Dyslexia
For all educators. This three-hour, self-paced module builds foundational knowledge of dyslexia and empowers educators with tools to identify, support, and advocate for students with language-based learning differences.
